They gave me the driest toughest chicken bits. I’ve never had anything like that from any sweetgreen and I’ve been to quite a few. I’ll still giving five because sweetgreen is my favorite, but they should be like looking at that chicken and saying no we can’t serve this. It was not good. The only cold dry chicken I’d like to eat is something I make myself at home not for 20 in a bowl outside. Just saying. This location needs to work on quality control. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Sweetgreen has to be one of my favorite salad spots (regardless of location), and this one delivers on that expectation. Friendly staff, and accessible location. This Sweetgreen tends to be pretty packed during lunch (not surprising given where it is), but the staff processes each order very quickly so even a long line isn't longer than a 15 minute wait, usually.

A nice chill spot, friendly staff that goes above beyond and surprisingly quick service. P.S. the drinks are very "unsweetened" they don't even have agave on the side to substitute; food for thought.

I love this sweetgreen! It’s always fast, not as crowded at lunch as nearby stores (5th avenue, Astor place, and Bleecker street), and the customer service is impeccable. Yesterday I was enjoying my salad in the store when an employee approached me and apologized for adding an extra ingredient to my salad. I said no worries but he offered me a gift card to make up for it anyway! Sweetgreen is a little expensive for a salad but going here is always a great experience.

Shawntel is by far one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met at restaurant, truly going out of the way to help customers- helped with an issue on my order, asked if I wanted a cup of water because I didn’t want anything to drink - came hangry and left happy. Thank youuu!
